Our intention in providing discount Webpages is to provide low cost internet presence for customers willing to do a considerable amount of the work involved in creating a web page.

A discount Webpages is an amount of material that will fit on one standard letter size page, 8.5inches x 11 inches, using normal size fonts and images.

Web pages are formatted using a page layout language called HTML. HTML is not as flexible or capable as word processing and page making programs. We will try to accomplish whatever formatting you require, but some things are impractical. In case we feel your page is impractical we will either make minor changes and inform you, or notify you that you will need to rearrange your page. Your preference should be specified on the space provided on the order form.

Each discount Webpages is allotted 200 MegaBytes per month of transfer allowance. Transfers in excess of this will be charged at $0.03 per MegaByte. Transfer excesses will only be incurred after fair warning. For a 50K page, which is typical, this is enough for 4000 complete downloads each month. Web browsers usually cache images as well as other information, so in fact most pages may be repeatedly viewed by the same web surfer and cause little data transfer. Customers who have more than one discount Webpage may pool transfer allowances. Note: our webpages page is < 30K and this page is <16K (the graphic accounts for about 12K of that).

The purpose of RIpages Discount Webpages is to provide an internet presence for your business and the products and services you offer. No third party advertising will be supported. We do not provide sites for which the intention is to generate hits for the sake of generating advertising revenues. Advertising of other party's products which is incidental to your own business is allowed, for example if you sell their products.

RIpages reserves the right refuse publication of material for any reason.
