Use this order form to order new Discount Webpages, Email boxes. or traffic reports for new or existing webpages accounts.

1) Purchaser Information section.

To setup your pages we need at least a last name, Phone number or E-mail address, and a mailing address..

2) Discount Pages Section

For each discount Webpage you are ordering fill in the information for the page.

Page Title: this will appear at the top of the web browser. NOTE: The title of this page is Form Instructions.

Filename and Directory: The filename and directory will appear in the URL.

for example your page could have the address RIpages.com/directory/filename.htm

Filename: this is the name of your file on the computers hard disk, as noted in the above example it will appear in the URL. You have no choice of the ending but you may specify the name of the file. If you don't specify a filename we will make an appropriate choice for you.

Directory: this specifies the  location of your files on the computers hard disk, as noted above it will appear in the URL. You are free to choose this using both letters and numbers and underscores, _. It is possible your choice may already be taken.

If you have purchased a domain name account through us then you can include that info here so we will place your files in the right place. Example: myowndomain.com/mychoice/mychoice.htm If you would like to purchase a domainname please indicate with your order, and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

RIpages has several choices of domains available. You my specify one here, if not your directory will be placed under RIpages.com

Default: One page may be chosen to be loaded when only the directory name is entered (ex: RIpages.com/yourdir). If you want to have this feature please put a check in this column indicating which file. This file will have to be named default. This is typically called your Home page.

Formatting: Some page layouts are impossible or impractical using HTML. If you check this item, and we can't format your page as specified we will make minor changes to solve the problem if possible. If you don't check this box we will attempt to contact you before making modifications.

3) E-mail Boxes Section.

We can setup E-mail boxes for your business and personal use. These can only receive mail. You can send mail from your ISP account with this account as the return address, but to send mail you will need an email account with an ISP.

The address of an email box could be: user@ripages.com

You can choose the user, it may be taken by someone else, you may list choices on the same line in order of decreasing preference.

You can specify any of RIpages domain names or a domain name for a domain name account you have purchased form us.

The initial charge is $15 which includes the setup and the monthly fees for the first quarter.

4) Quarterly Traffic Summaries Section.

RIpages can supply you with quarterly traffic reports summaries for your pages. These include information about the number of hits to your site. They provide information about which links were followed to other pages. They also provide information about what day of the month and what time of day your site is being accessed as well as other things. These reports are setup on a directory basis, the are of the most value to customers with multipage sites. If your directory is divided into subdirectories for organizational purposes, the pages in subdirectories are also included in the traffic summary.

Your payment of $40 must be included for the next upcoming quarter. Summary will be for the next 3 complete months. If you wish to be billed for subsequent quarters in advance check this column.

If you are ordering discount webpages for the first time the balance of the current month will be included with the report for the next 3 complete months. Thanks for ordering RIpages Discount Webpages.
